I have been lucky enough to have a number of my photos published in various forums...and I'm often asked why I don't do a calendar of my regional shots? The Answer is Simple: I am a Realtor first, then a father, outdoors-men, skier, golfer, hiker, kayak-er, and a photographer some- where down the road. But.. I Love New Hampshireso here are a few of my favorite shots from in and around my state...LIVE FREE OR DIE.. NH's Motto
The very first snows often come in early November.
December Brings on the serious cold...with Nature bringing the White Stuff to the Mt's
January...the Canadian chill moves in and the ski area snow guns crank out more White.
February...a view of the northern peaks, the light begins to last until later each day.
March...Mountain madness- cross country skiing- and hidden trails in the woods.
April...Mountain Washington still covered at 6,300 feet...but we are thinking of Golfing.
May...still need a Jacket to start your hikes, but the view always leaves me feeling warm.
June...longer days of summer have emerged & sunsets in the Lakes region are awesome
July...Lazy days on the Pemigewasset river, it time to bring out the kayaks and tubes.
August...the Last month of Beach weather in the Northeast, and time for school to start
September... the higher elevations bring on the Fall Foliage, and a trip over the Kanc is a requirement (Route 112 in Lincoln NH...is the place to view the changing colors in fall).
October... The Flume Gorge a New Hampshire State Park, is always on my listing of favorite places ...and it is in Lincoln NH - where I practice real estate.
November again...Back to the first dusting and last of the fall foliage colors...signals ski season is knocking on the door again.
I hope you enjoyed my photo -journey around the White Mountains and Lakes region of New Hampshire... thinking of the beautiful scenery, and seasons...think Alpine Lakes Realty.
