The Rivers are filled with April Showers…and I’m told it brings May flowers. While there are still traces of snow on the ski trails at Loon Mountain next door, this featured home is starting to bloom.
One of the most unique things about this location is of course the direct water frontage on the Pemigewasset River…the other thing is – you can’t build this close to the water anymore. In 2008 the Shore Land Protection act changes the set back rules on lakes and rivers in New Hampshire (this home was built in 2002).
I believe it is a good rule, but Lucky for these owners they built a few years earlier…and good the best seats in the house (no pun intended) check out the Dinning room – slider view.
How about your own private café` overlooking pristine wilderness and of course the beautiful Pemi River. The location is less than a Mile past the entrance to the Loon Mountain Ski resort in Lincoln NH.
The Location is Also the very last parcel of private land in town before the National forest boarder begins next door. The Lincolnwoods Ranger station, hiking trails and 34 miles of road called the Kancamagus Scenic highway…starts at this property line – no other private land for nearly an hour by car.
