When land starts to sell it's a signal the market is heating up in NH

When land starts selling at a brisk pace, you know the market is getting better. Folks are willing to considering building when the existing inventory doesn't meet their needs. Or when there is simply too few homes and condos to accommodate the buying public. We have seen a surge in land sales in the White Mountains of New Hampshire lately. What makes that even more significant is a large percentage of our buyers are second home consumers and they are the least likely to want to build while living out of state.
