Lazy River land Fall in love with these shots...and the property is easy

It is easy to fall in love with some of the properties you have for sale. You can see yourself owning them, and that in turn makes showing them a pleasure. Take a look at this waterfront site and tell me you wouldn't say hell I'm in.

The Pemigewasset River in Woodstock New Hampshire, we launch our Kayaks from this spot all the time and paddle to our home down river from here.

The old fence is the dividing line between private and town park land.

The pictures do more for the listing , than the standard ad copy: waterfront site with town water & sewer  Plus underground utilities, starting under $100,000...walking distance to Woodstock Village, shopping and restaurants..3 miles from Loon Mountain Ski Resort, and one Mile from exit 32 off Interstate 93 .
