Fall foliage means Winter season rental inventory is slipping away at Loon Mt.

I get a kick out of the retailers who try to force consumers to buy early as if they will run out of inventory? I was in a local store over Labor day and they were putting out Halloween Candy...Really Come on!!

But when it comes to the up-coming recreational season securing your home away from home...it is not to early. If you want a place for your family this winter act now, our Loon mountain area properties are running out and will all be gone soon!

Lincolnwoods Ranger station on the Kancamagus scenic highway in Lincoln New Hampshire September 21. When I stopped to take this shot of the early foliage this morning my car thermometer read 38 degrees.

On to the case in point here is what I have left for 6 month seasonal rentals...in the Loon Mountain ski area.

....

Deer Park condominiums 3 bedroom 3 bath gas fireplace

one of the best recreational facilities in the Loon Valley

$9,600 for 6 months rental Deer Park

...

Rivergreen Resort, at the south mountain bridge.

One bedroom plus living room Murphy bed, with 2 full baths...indoor pool shuttle and walk to shopping.

$4,800 + utilities for 6 months Rivergreen Rental

This a view from the north peak Chair lift at Loon mountain...this year they have increased the uphill capacity of this detachable Quad-chair by 40% (increasing the number of chairs on the cable). The view in the background is Mountain Washington the Northeast's highest peak at 6,300 feet above seas level. Season pass priced go up as of October 11th Columbus day...so buy your pass and book your seasonal rental, or I wouldn't be seeing you on the slopes this winter.

There is always the possibility something new will come on the rental market so call if you don't see what you want?
