South Peak at Loon 1 yr lease or winter seasonal - Furnished & Waterfront

What do you do when you buy a new construction condo on the river and you want to keep it after your job has taken you thousands of miles away? You rent it of course, Naturally you furnished it as a second home so you offer it ready to move in. We are looking for a 12 month lease for $1,800/ month or a 6 month winter seasonal lease (slope side at Loon Mountain ski resort) for $15,000. Either lease would require the tenant to have the utilities put in their name for the term of the lease. Winter shuttle service to the base lodge is provided and you can ski home at the end of the day. For the full time lease the property offer direct water frontage and you can easily walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in just a few minutes.
