In real estate it really is all about the location...and if you are a hard-core Cannon skier or frequent the State and national Forest lands for hiking in the White mountains of New Hampshire. Private land in the Town of Lincoln is extremely limited with 95% of the town in the National forest ( not develop-able) there is only so much that can be used for housing. Lincoln only has to plow 5% of the town and the year round population has been translated in to a high school graduation class of less than 30 (a small education budget). Truth in advertising: the place is a bit tired, it is 25+ years old...It needs new carpet, and the furniture is mostly not worth keeping unless you were going to use the property for rentals.
