Realtors Schedule time off around their clients vacations in second home sales

If you are not living on the edge, you're taking up way too much room.
One of the great things about living in a resort town is: You have top notch recreation available to you every day. But if you're in the real estate business you are busy when everyone else is on vacation, having said that, I haven't been able to go skiing or go to the resort fitness center for the past two weeks. As my clients get back to work after a long winter - Holiday, I can get back on the Mountain, back to the club and take a day off. Don't feel bad for me I have worked every weekend for the past 26 years as a Realtor, but I am able to ski, golf, kayak and hike...when there are no lines - no crowds and no beginners holding me back.

I'm ready to get back on the Mountain...enjoy the views

A frozen River walk...on the Pemigewasset a White Mountain river view

When moving water grinds to a halt you know it's cold outside. Today's walk along the river produced a few photos. I hope you enjoy a walk up the Pemigewasset River from Woodstock to Lincoln New Hampshire.

Slabs of ice two feet thick, heavy enough to break fully grown trees, is some serious power.

this chunk was at my camp-site 50 feet from the water's edge, and about the size of a parking space.

Away from the big Ice Jams the river looks normal flowing and quiet.

Mount Liberty center, and Lafayette is mostly obscured to the left and almost completely white with snow.

Another fresh snow fall tries to close the river up, and hide the water with the white. South Mountain Bridge.

One of our Custom homes

It can be a little dangerous to live along the river but all that do are willing to accept the risks for the rewards of listening to moving water...even when it also means the crash of breaking ice jams.

These two Pictures were taken from the same spot 3 months apart...the Ladies Bath-tub swimming hole October and January. South Peak Home owners trails and Cross country ski paths lead you to this spot.
