It's nice to combine some fall foliage pictures with my real estate post. Here is a Resort in my Home town of Woodstock New Hampshire that is uniquely situated on the Kancamagus Highway (a federally designated scenic highway), and with in a quick shuttle ride to Loon mountain or Cannon Mountain Ski Resorts. The subject property offers it's own special features: a five acre lake with swimming area, the areas premiere recreation center with two racket ball courts, indoor pool, lounge , fireplace, meeting rooms, saunas, exercise facilities, game room, and movie room (plus front desk rental program).
A great mixture of available properties from lake side town homes with large living space to Quarter share ownership (featuring 13 weeks of deeded ownership per year) and multiple size villa's from one to five bedrooms. Prices on interval ownership from $16,000 to Lake side homes over $600,000 (most full ownership 2-3 bedroom condos from 200-$300,000).
Sports Center and beach are the center piece of the 235 unit condominium project.

For many of the properties not over looking the lake, you have the option of being on the West Branch of the Pemigewasset river which runs through the resort as well, and there is always the indoor pool when winter arrives in the White Mountains

Oh, and did I mention most of the properties also have great mountain views? Enjoy the fall, and don't forget winter is coming...so it's time to buy that ski resort property or rent for a 6 months seasonal term.

Steve
Deer Park Resort looks magnificent. absolutely picture perfect.
Debbie...This resort reminds me of some of your western ski resorts, it has breathtaking views and great amenities. The way you can tell the resort is a big hit is when there are only a few listings for sale...no one wants to leave.
Steve.. The picture of the resort with the fall foliage is gorgeous. Have you thought of advertising in the New York Times with this picture? I'm sure there would be more interest from a metropolitan area for a get-a-way in New Hampshire.. Just a thought.
Val, I do a fall foliage spread every year in the Providence Journal (RI) New York isn't really my target audience...to far to drive for a second home purchase.
Beautiful setting Steve. I can see why people would consider making this home.
The trees are starting to change here also it is one of the prettiest time of the year. Thanks for sharing.
Great pictures Steve. I'll re-blog it if you don't mind.
Gabriela...You certainly have my permittion to reblog this post.
Thanks Steve
