I'm never bored traveling the Northeastern states, from my home I can be in Boston in two hours, the Sea coast of Maine in two hours, Burlington Vermont two hours, or Sherbrooke Canada in about Two Hours.

The Boston City Sky line in the distance...after landing at Logan Airport, point the car north the next morning.

Two Hours on the Highway, this is the view from my exit...didn't get out of the car, just rolled down the window

Four minutes later I'm rolling past this custom home we recently built slope-side at Loon Mountain ski area.

First Car at the South Peak Base lodge...two hours and ten minutes after leaving Boston...first one on the lift.

Lunch at the top of the Mountain before I go back to work for the rest of the day. Two hour drive from Boston four hours of skiing, lunch on the summit, back for a one o'clock meeting. I had to smile when my client asked "so what did you do today?"....I said "not much had a little commute this morning, a few runs, lunch and here I am ready to serve my good friend and client"...the things I have to give up to be a Realtor?

Looks like your having fun Steve, great photos...
Gerry, if not for the fun why work these crazy hours... It's a good life.
as always I love your photos. That Boston Skyline is wonderful. I feel a bit of the same "close to perfect, next to everything" at the Lake Steve, so I understand. Atlanta is less than 2 hours away and the Atlantic at Tiby Island is just bit more so I can go out for "culture, a game, a race or spend the day at the beach and drive home"
Steve...it looks like the resort is very centralized. No wonder it is popular.
Cool Views of your area. Nice eye on how to capture Loon Mtn. Add me to sold
Very pretty, and a good job of making your area look attractive. We advertise our area that one can be in Phoenix in an hour and a half, or can be at a ski slope in about an hour and a half the other direction. Fun!
Steve.. Like usual, great minds think alike. Seems you and I did a similar blog today. As a heads up, I mentioned you in mind.
This is the only job I know where you can truly put work around your *family*... no 9 to 5 job would.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again...you have a wonderful life!
Val, I'm going to look up your post right now...thanks, there is no time limit to when we start or finish our work day.
Sharon, I was trying to promote the easy access we enjoy at the resort town...that is my market place...but you are right, I'm a lucky man, I love where I live and it's a wonderful life.
Steve...there are so many similarities to Colorado...Really like your marketing efforts on AR...Cherise
Cherise, I'm happy that members like the marketing effort, I hope that google gets the posts out to the public...where a potential client can see the options , opportunities and easy access to metro Boston.
You do live in a very pretty part of New Hampshire and easy access to Boston is a mjor plus!
I was thinking what a wonderful life you have with easy access to everything. The best of all worlds!
