Steve you make the good point. The cost savings make it the right time to buy recreational property. Or kick yourself later if you miss out. That deal won't last long.  There will be many low hanging buyers for this one that shakes itself out..sells quickly.

Steve, a Conventional Loan is the best way to go if the Buyer has 25% to put down on a Condo.  If they don't then FHA would be the easiest and best way to go in my opinion.
