Wendy , George & Bill...this is a rare find with 235 units in the resort, you would think there would always be 10 -20 for sale. Not so this is the only three bedroom townhouse on the market at this time, people rarely leave once they purchase here. (they have a anchored floating deck in the middle of the lake you can swim or boat out to...that was the swimming platform reference).
