Phase 2 Home sites are planned for the newest development. With the complete sell out of Phase one (64 home-sites) new slope side offerings are just around the corner.
These sites will offer ski to your door locations, with Western White Mountain Views of Mount Moosilauke and will be in close proximity to town services and the river. Loon will be working on further expanded ski terrain and additional lift facilities on the South Mountain side of the Loon Mountain Ski Resort, with added access for the South Peak Property owners.
