Loon Mountain Condo, New construction and Handicapped Accessible plan.

Handicapped Accessible New Construction Condominium listed at Loon Mountain Resort.  The White Mountain Adaptive Snow Sports Program at the Local Ski Area ranks among the very best in the country for teaching skiing to athletes requiring special services. Steve, this is a very nice condo for this resort. A great price for 3BR, 2BA and the handicap accessibility is definitely a winner ........ expect this condo will sell fast.

How great to have such a responsive builder.  Those are the ones who will weather any storm.  Keep up the good work!

Janna, This is a really nice place for any family, but I thought the Handicapped adaptive option was a nice one to appeal to families not able to buy the traditional place. This has doors big enough for  Wheel chair access and all of the living space and bedrooms are on one floor.

Steve, great idea, and I am surprised that we don't see more Condo builders doing this.

Sometimes some people just need to be given a challange.  It is good that he felt compelled to take your challange to heart.

Steve - Kudos to you for encouraging universal design!  Is this for each unit in the project or a specific unit?

Hope they sell well I bet it is difficult to find condos that fit the requirements of the handicapped.

Wendy, There are three more condos to be built and acceptance of this one will guide the Builder in his fit and finish of the others. I have encouraged him to put blocking in the frame work so that hand rails can be installed after the fact...without re-inventing the wheel.

Steve - This condo is beautiful!  Low HOA fees, low taxes for a 3 BR/2BA - sounds like a great buy to me.  You should have no problem selling this.

Looks like a great place. I adore the kitchen cabinetry and it is wonderful to hear that the whole thing is handicapped accessible!

Melissa, the access issue is one that very few builders have attempted to tackle it is nice to have a show place like this that is suitable for any application.
