Affordable vacation homes in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Resort Ownership on the cheap.

If you are a true outdoorsmen /women I’m betting you spend very little time in the place you are staying when you vacation. This was the thought of the Lodge at Lincoln Station developer. The smallest floor plan available in the complex – still offers the same recreation as the biggest (and most expensive condos).

Furnished Studio Condominium asking $59,900.

No that was not a misprint…for the cost of an expensive car you can own this condo.

Sure it’s not big (less than 400 square feet) but it has a fully applianced kitchen, a full bath, a queen size bed and a fold-out couch for the occasional guest or child.

It also has a large covered patio and is air conditioned for those hot summer nights.

What else will you find on the property?

Here is where the amenities make the purchase an easy decision, the condo offers indoor & outdoor pools, Tennis, River frontage, Shuttle service to the near by ski resort, saunas, hot tub, game room great room with fireplace, and WiFi and laundry in the common areas.

What is close by…that makes this a resort condo?

Aside from the largest ski resort in the state of New Hampshire, the area also features hiking, biking, water parks, amusement attractions, golf, lakes, and 750,000 acres of national park lands all a short distance for this affordable condominium.

Steve, looks great, I like the concept, your not be inside for the majority of the time. Best of luck with this one..

Gerry, Thanks I know when we go on trips our "time in the room" is for sleeping and showers, everything else is exploration - time.

Steve now that is in my price range and deserves more that just a little though.  Soon as the two cars are paid up I just have to consider something like this.

Steve...not bad price on that condo.  I have seen people pay 1/2 that price on a comprable time share and only get to use it one week a year.

Some crazy prices lately...  Great for investors and second homers....  Thanks for sharing some of your options.

Steve - I've never been the outdoorsy type but could very easily adapt with a condo in the mountains at that price. This little beauty should get snapped up in no time.

This sounds like and looks like a very interesting property Steve.  I'll be looking to talk to you when I'm ready for a vacation spot up North.

Bill.  You can't take it with you...spend a little of that in the white mountains, your family will thank you later.
