White Mountain recreation vacant land no restrictions.

Everyone wants a little site somewhere in the mountains that doesn’t have a bunch of bi-laws. Or that doesn’t have site costs that make it un-fit to take on the task…am I right?
Stop the presses I have found that diamond in the rough, in Lincoln NH.
…And it’s not off in the boonies where there is no access in the winter.

Here are the actual features that make this such a rare find.
* Seasonal Brook Frontage
* Town water & sewer to the site
* Not part of a subdivision with no-covenants or restrictions
* State road frontage & easy access from I 93 (1/2 mile away)
* developed on all sides, so no mystery
What is there to do near by…you are asking, well let me tell you:
*Walk to the Pemigewasset River for a cold dip in the water.
*Walk to Clark’s Trading post…train rides & a bear show
*Ride a bike to the Whales Tail Water Park, wave pool & slides.
*Ride a bike to The Flume gorge & trails through the Notch.
*Drive 3 miles to Loon Mountain recreation park & ski area
*Drive 4 miles to Canon Mountain state park & Ski Area.
*Drive 5 miles to lost river caves and campground
*Drive 6 miles to the Jack O’Lantern 18 hole golf course.
Enjoy 800,000 acres of state and national forest all around your new home.
This mostly cleared, nearly flat site…with no well or septic needed is listed for sale at $99,900. And other than town set backs has no further restrictions…residential or commercial are acceptable for the site.

Canon Mountain Ski Area. WINTER
Jack O'Lantern Golf Course.... Fall

Clark's Trading Post... Spring.

Whales Tale water park... Summer.
Four Seasons of Fun and recreation await and these are all very near the subject property.

Great views.
Looks like a winner with someone with an open mind and a dream.
This is a great spot for family fun and it's only 2 hours from Boston.
Hi Steve,
Nice spot and good pics....This sure is a nice time to visit your neck of the woods.
Patricia/Seacoast NH
Steve, great post enjoyed reading about White Mountain. This property should move fast, especially since there are no restrictions and can be a commerical or residential site....nice! Love the photos of the area. And, didn't know it was that close to Boston.
Steve.. Great post. The picture of you in the water reminds me of a swimming pool at Moose Hillock.. is this any where near you in Lincoln? I went there YEARS ago.
Patricia, I'm happy to offer you an excuse to come up for a ride.
Val, I know the name but can't think of the town it is in. But nothing ever closes up here so It's probably still open.
Seems as though you really did find that diamond in the rough Steve. Someone is going to be very lucky to call that tract of land their very own!
Craig, I left this out of the post...but this site is also on the snowmobile corridor, allowing access from the lakes region to the Canadian boarder on a sled.
Sounds fantastic. No restrictions are important to so many people. And a great price too. I really have got to get up there and visit your part of the country Steve. So pretty.
Tammy, A true blank canvas, but the art is all around.
Steve...it isn't easy to find a piece that has no restrictions. Good luck
Steve, looks like you have found your little piece of Heaven here on Earth.
