Country roads..take me home to 19 acres in the Woods of New Hampshire

19 Acres of Brook Front Land offered for $149,900 under 8K/acre.The current owner has taken years to get all the survey and engineering work completed for a 4 home site subdivision. But you can do any thing you wish with the site. It does need a small bridge to gain access, but well worth the effort to overlook a beaver pond and year-round brook.

www.alpinelakes.com search MLS# 4007212 for details

When you drive down the lane to get to this site you are surrounded by Horse farm on one side and by an apple orchard on the other side of the road. This is your drive home each day on your own country road...take me home!

Ellsworth Hill Campton New Hampshire, a peaceful country road with views all the way home. Where could you buy 19 acres of land for under $8,000/ acre...I ask you? Build One home or up to four with the current approvals and permits its up to you.

Views from the actual site are not quite as breath taking as the road going in, but they are waiting for the new owner to create their own paradise found...and at the very least the drive home is spectacular.

If those acres can be built on, as you said in your post, that's going to be a steal for some lucky buyer!

Craig...It is a town approved 4 lot subdivision, but obviously can be made less building sites just as easily. I think a home at the high point of the land overlooking the beaver pond would be a great way to go. Maybe build a guest house to start, and a dream home later as time allows.

Steve, that looks to be a great piece of land.  I don't know what land sells for up there but that would be an unbelievable price for 19 acres around here.

I can't wait until the day I retire as I can find a country home and live out my remaining years with fresh food, animals and just a relaxing lifestyle. (And that is exactly what that place looks like it has)
