These are the sites many were waiting for and anxious to see where the prices were going to start...I sold three sites in Phase one between $425,000 - $550,000...but the market requires the developer to open the next phase at these terrific prices (for now). Our Parent Company has built 9 homes in this slope side section of Loon Mountain's resort...and they are all spectacular homes.
This was the smallest home we have built to date...using post and beam, with a decidedly Adirondack style as are all of the homes in the South Peak Resort.

Michelle... The White mountains of New Hampshire offer a whole host of recreational choices, and needless to say it's much cooler up here in the summer...than most any-other location on the east coast.
