White Mountain N.H. view property, Featuring Executive fit and finish

A Contemporary that has it all: wonderful landscaping highlighted by custom granite pathways that meander thru manicured flowerbeds that are dazzling with summer colors; and a view to die for. Looking over the beautiful Owls Nest golf course into the majestic White Mountains of Waterville Valley - a breathtaking scene, one of the best in the area; finally a home whose interior is right out of a magazine. Every room is tastefully decorated: featuring tray ceilings painted in warm and inviting hues, classic cherry kitchen cabinets enhanced with granite countertops, a rustic stone fireplace and you'll love the beautifully designed master bath. The lower level could be a fabulous in-law apt. For the sports enthusiasts it's close to all the great outdoor activities N.H. is known for including: skiing, boating, hiking and golf.

Good luck to you and your clients for a quick sale of this home Steve. Love the "follow the rainbow home" picture!

we have a lot of beautiful waterfront properties in southwest florida, but you get to sell some extremely elegant properties with stunning views, and they pay you for this, right?

i can remember financing a property on the side of a mountain in NH and asking the appraiser how she would assign a value for the view.

Craig...this one is a real beauty , I love the way it's perched up on a knoll to take advantage of the view and shiled the site from the other near by homes.

Jay...It's a million dollar view  for under half that price....so that makes the house free!!...when you buy the site.

Steve, that is a great looking listing.  I don't know your market, but it looks like a great value for the price!
