Laura, The Mad river is nice to cool off on a hot summer day or do a little fishing...but from this house it is mostly nice to listen and look at.

Steve, I don't think I've seen a property you've listed that I didn't like...NH is a beautiful place.  Just curious...is there a story behind the name "Mad River"?

Nick...I've truly arrived, I do hope consumers feel the same way about my listings as you do. I really don't know any stories about the Mad River..other than in the spring the white water can be pretty "MAD".
