Ellsworth Hill, Campton New Hampshire 147 Acres $232,500 ....NOW !!  $199,900 May be sold by now?!?!?!?!?.

Over 3,000 feet of Water frontage on Branch Brook and a Pond, abuts National Forest Land and offers View of the Northern Mountain range.

147+ acres of Spectacular White Mountain Panoramic Views to Franconia Notch. Beautiful Waterfalls & Pools on 3,000+ feet on West Branch Brook. The perfect large estate site or excellent development potential, offered in this 3 acre Minimum Lot size - Forest Conservation zone (town zoning).

If you have ever walked a hilly site in the spring, you know you have to dress for the occasion and plan on being there all day…6.4 million Square feet is what 147 acres translates to. But at a little over $1,500 / acre the options are endless.

Have a look at some of the photos I took, while walking the site yesterday.

Steve, it's beautiful...do you have a lot of permitting and environmental issues to build there?

Laura. the Property is Rural as you may have guessed. Town road to the site, 3 acre zoning and will need septic and well. But on 147 acres there are an abundance for great sites for a future home(s).

Steve, The low prices in your corner of the U.S. always astound me!  That's a lot of turf to call your own.  I think the same dollars gets you an eight of an acre in L.A. if you're lucky!

Bill & Liz...this one is pretty rural and not for everyone, we have the other end of the scale here too- I have a 1/2 acre vacant parcel listed at $500,000 that is a ski home location, and of course Lake front is way up there too.

That looks to be a classic trout stream to me.  What a great setting.

Steve that looks to be a beautiful peace of property.  I would expect someone to come along that purchase that quickly.
