After a ton of rain this spring the Woodstock New Hampshire 18 hole course looks to be in very good shape.

The apple trees were a blossoming and the Pemigewasset River was pretty full along the six hole of the course.

The 10th is a par five along the river, it's very tough to be on in two. The green is protected by huge trees and the river is on three sides of the putting surface. The Back nine is very pretty and easy to walk along the flat river valley.

Finishing up on the 17th - you cross this wonderful reproduction covered bridge to get to the 18th tee box.
The rough was deep and difficult, the greens lush but slow and the course overall was in great shape for this time of the year in the North country. My first time out - May 22nd - Sunday after work golf with the guys.

I have a Listing on a condominium it's 3 bedrooms and a loft on the golf course and 8 miles for m Loon Mt Ski Resort. Nice and green. Should make for some fun days out in the sun.
Bill, it's going to really pop when the sun decides to stay out for a couple of days.
Steve, with all the water that's been coming down lately, I'm sure it'll be "easier" to play once it dries out a little. That's what I'm hoping for my local courses.
Eric, there was no bounce or roll happening today...I needed some additional yardage.
That time of year again...trading in the ski poles for golf clubs, I see! Enjoy, you deserve it!
Sharon, you know it is what we get to do when we are not at work that makes life so much fun...golf and ski top my list - I just happen to sell these type of properties as well as enjoy them.
Steve, i love to play golf. Our ladies league was cancelled each of the last two weeks because of rain. I am definitely ready to get out and play! The local greens all look amazing after all of our rain.
Vickie, I hope the weather dries up for both of ud soon.
Talk about a golfer's dream! Love the covered bridge. I have never played golf. Trust me, it's not for me, lol.
Steve, that is a beautiful view out there on that golf course. Now isn't that better than sliding down a mountain in the freezing cold :)
George, I'm all for equal opportunity when it comes to recreation, ski or golf are both great pass-times.
