Quarter share - White Mountains of New Hampshire - deeded property

Deeded Quarter-share ownership in the White mountains of New Hampshire. The concept is like owning property with Three other partners who you don't have to ever coordinate - or budget ownership cost with.

So you want to own your vacation home , but you can't possibly use it all the time and you don't want to be married to the condo in terms of never feeling you can go somewhere else. Quarter share is the solution, it is yours every fourth week -so 13 times a year you can do what you want with the condo...use it rent it, exchange it to go elsewhere. Still, will it feel like home when you are there? Sure everyone else in the building has the same deeded week ( A-B-C or D) so you have the same neighbors when you come (unless they lend it -or rent it out).  This is fee simple ownership, it is deeded and yours forever...to resell or gift , exchange to visit the world.

Nice clubhouse, pond, racquetball courts, tennis, and shuttle to Loon Mt 3 miles away.

waterfront building with views of the Pemigewasset River...One Bedroom units with Fireplace From $14,000 and two bedroom condos from $25,000. Call me for more details.

Steve - Sounds very attractive and afforable. Looks like a beautiful area. I like the idea when you are there, more than not you will have the same neighbors.

Steve - Lovely pool and property! I have not heard the term "quarter share". We have some units down here and they call them "fractional" so I imagine it's similar, just perhaps a different "fraction".

Hi Steve:  Fractional ownership...time-share...same thing?  For a while they were a hot concept in the wine country but they never really got off the ground.   Any issues with your Department of Real Estate?

Hi Steve, for those prices, I'll take 2! I like the fact you can go 13 times a year instead of once or twice a year like you have with timeshares.

Kirsten...all condo file a public offering statement with the AG's office, and we have very little consumer complaints due to the threshold developers have to meet.

Jackie, each owner has a locked storage closet for their stuff, they come often enough to have the place feel like home.
