My Clients really love me…
I was a party to a very heart warming “first”- last night…A party thrown by buyers for our company to show their appreciation for all our hard work.

Recognition is a wonderful thing – most of us (if we’re good or lucky) get it in the form of folding money. Our reward is the fee we earn for a job well done.
Last night – we were treated to much more than an Atta-boy and a commission check. Our clients threw a catered dinner for the broker who sold them their home site and secured all the required permits prior to closing (me) Their Architect, General Contractor, Interior designer and project supervisor at their new home.

I have had many dinners with clients over the years, and many a deal has been struck over a glass of wine and a cold appetizer…but a catered affair to show their heart felt appreciation for the team that designed and built their home was a glowing review of the hard work involved in custom home building work these days.
A testimonial or a letter of recommendation are always nice things to file away for future references…but this was a really special thing for my buyers to do for our in-house marketing-design – build team. The home came out absolutely spectacular and it took over a year to complete. The buyers were from out of state and had a limited amount of time to convey their dreams of a perfect home. I kept telling them –“We do this all the time”…in the end they showed us they believed we do.
Thanks Janice and Steve for the wonderful night – I hope you enjoy your new home for many – many years to come.

That is a nice thank you, and at least you got one. Sometimes our good deeds go unnoticed. That sure is a nice house.
This is the thirteenth home we have built in the Slope side development on Loon mountain. And if word of mouth means anything it wouldn't be the last.
Wow that's a beautiful home and I can see why your clients would be happy to say thank you for your hard work.
Steve...It is nice when you get recognized like that. It makes you want to work hard for the next one.
Cindy...& Bill, it sure is a nice thing and a big departure from the card in the mail. They really love this home and it really turned out great.
Steve that is a gorgeous house, you guys did an impressive job on it. It is no wonder that those Buyers wanted to show their appreciation in a special way.
George, Past performance may not be a guarantee, but it's a very good indication of what to expect.
Makes the love of your profession even greater when others appreciated what you do.
Ross. it makes what we do even more worth while for sure.
Sounds like Janice and Steve are a real class act! What a wonderful way to show their appreciation!
Steve ~ now that sounds like some wonderful clients and friends. One top notch act deserves another!
