Loon Mountain NH Ski to your door sites

Loon's South Peak Slopes are open for the season.

While building in the winter is not much fun for the workers, it does ensure your ski home location will be available in the White Mountains of New Hampshire sooner than later. So long as the foundations are in before a deed freeze hits...we can and will build through the snow - sleet...and early dark.

south mt construction on Loon

The smallest homes allowed in the South Mountain section are 2,500 square feet...but most so far hover around 4,000 square feet. With a home of that size and mountain side - site work can take up to a year. So some of the construction by default happens in the winter.

But as you can see the wait is totally worth it...and being able to ski to your property is icing on the cake.

The home owners access to the trails, make the south mountain side of Loon's ski resort - feel like a area. But access to the whole mountain and all of Loon's trails comes from the "Lincoln Express" shown.

Well appointed Adirondack style homes...offer direct walking trails to the Pemigewasset river, as well as owners trails to ski home. A planned recreational resort only 2 hours from Boston is an ideal family getaway.

Loon mt views

If you don't ski just enjoy the views until the crew returns from skiing.

Slope side home sites are currently available from $250,000 to $500,000. All come with town water & sewer, underground utilities, access to riverfront and ski trails...ask about design build services - through Alpine Lakes Realty - Lincoln and Waterville Valley New Hampshire.

What a gorgeous area to build your dream home.  I'm sure construction is tricky but so worth it.

Thanks Erin...much like the Colorado homes in your part of the country I imagine... aside from the snow - foliage is pretty nice on the east coast.south peak NH foliage
