Alpine Lakes Real Estate - Lincoln New Hampshire - Year End condo sales Report. I have been a Realtor for over 32 years, and have closed thousands of sales in my career. I have provided expert testimony before the our states supreme court on matters of current market values and replacement cost estimates. I have been involved in the planning, and marketing of hundreds of new construction projects in the Loon Mountain area over the years.
Here are the numbers:
2015 -to- 2016 condominium sales... 123 total in the town of Lincoln NH*
Asking prices ranged from $10,000 up to $795,000 in that year
The Average closed sales price was $187,000 (a volume of $23 million).
2016 - to - 2017 condominium sales...116 in the town of Lincoln NH*
asking prices ranged from $13,000 to $660,000 in the last year
but Average closed sales prices were up to $209,000 ( $24.2 million total).
* As reported by the Realtors MLS...doesn't account for private sales....
The Sales in 2016-17 also don't take into account the New Riverwalk Project, whos' sales were completed by a Developer's team of non-Realtors. those sales would have added dozens of condos to the tally and Millions of Dollars
