Lincoln / Woodstock NH 2017 to 2019 closed property data

The Lincoln / Woodstock NH three year real estate data and trends.

 

I have put together the sales for the past three years in these two towns and in order to make them meaningful and consistent to compare I have not included land sales or time share sales in the closed property data. Also any private or developer sale not in the Lakes region board of Realtors - MLS will not appear in this data.

Obvious conclusion Prices are up, days on Market are shorter, and the asking price to closed selling price gap is getting smaller. There may be no better time to sell before the election year gets into full swing.
