steve's White Mountain Blog

Solitude is necessary to the human spirit..My favorite listings with views

After a while we begin to realize everything in life depends on our view

One need not travel far to find peace, it's something we carry within.

Glover Brook, Spills from the National Forest land into the Pemigewasset wilderness.

Take Life's Scenic Route, you'll stay on the road a little longer but isn't that the point?

Tranquility can't be found on a map it can only be experienced when allowed to be.

My Official Blog Sign in Name is "Mountainwater"..Where do you think I came up with that?

When you live in the White Mountains, and these are the scenes you see everyday do you begin to take them for granted? I think every climb whether difficult or easy in life is always worth the view.

All of the shots are from properties listed or sold this past year (some still available).

Steve...my wife and I have wondered the same question.  We asked some of the people by our cabin, and a lot of them say they don't notice the scenery.  They are around it everyday.  Well, my wifef and I have made it a point to make sure our scenery at home stays fresh!

Bill, I think you have to travel around to see what you have at home, when you're too close to it you stop seeing the woods through the trees.

It would be incredible to have some listings in your neck of the woods. Stunning photography. We always appreciate that! Keep up the good work.
